Booking & Policies
Do I need a deposit to book an appointment?
Yes. Deposits are required to secure your appointment:
- Neurotoxin treatments (Botox®, Dysport®): $100
- Dermal Filler treatments: $100
- IV Hydration treatments: $100
- Vitamin Injections: $50
Deposits are applied toward your service when the appointment is kept.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We kindly request 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice,
as well as no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Are services refundable?
All services are non-refundable. Aesthetic and wellness results vary by
individual, and additional treatments required to achieve desired outcomes
are priced separately.
Preparing for Your Appointment
How should I prepare for my appointment?
To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience:
- Arrive with a clean face, free of makeup, creams, or oils
- Stay well-hydrated to support healing and comfort
- Eat a light meal beforehand to help prevent lightheadedness
To reduce bruising and swelling prior to injectable treatments:
- Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and NSAIDs (if medically safe) for 7 days
- Discontinue fish oil, Vitamin E, and blood-thinning supplements
If you are feeling unwell, on antibiotics, or have active skin concerns
(such as cold sores, rashes, or blemishes), please reschedule. You should
be symptom-free and off antibiotics for 2 weeks prior to treatment.
If you have a special event, we recommend scheduling fillers at least
4 weeks in advance.
What to Expect During Your Visit
What happens during my appointment?
Your visit includes a personalized consultation, a medical assessment
for safety and suitability, and a customized treatment plan tailored to
your goals and anatomy. Most treatments are efficient, comfortable, and
require minimal downtime.
After Your Treatment
Dermal Filler Aftercare
- Mild swelling, tenderness, or firmness is normal and will resolve gradually
- Avoid touching or massaging treated areas for 24 hours
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours
- Avoid air travel for 5 days
- Avoid facials, laser treatments, dental work, and vaccinations for 2 weeks
Results typically last 6 months to 1 year, depending on the treatment area.
Neurotoxin (Botox®, Dysport®) Aftercare
- During the first hour, gently contract and relax treated muscles
(frowning, raising eyebrows, squinting) - Remain upright for 4 hours
- Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours
- Avoid pressure, facials, massages, brow waxing, or threading for 2 weeks
- Avoid facials, laser treatments, dental work, and vaccinations for 2 weeks
Initial results may appear within 4–7 days, with full results visible
at 2 weeks. Results typically last 3–4 months.
IV Hydration Therapy Aftercare
- Continue drinking water and rest quietly for a few minutes post-treatment
- Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours
- Keep the IV dressing on for 20 minutes, then keep the site clean and dry
- If Toradol was administered, avoid NSAIDs for 6 hours
Seek medical attention for persistent dizziness, chest pain, or significant
swelling or bleeding at the IV site.
Health & Safety
Can I receive treatments if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
For safety reasons, Botox®, dermal fillers, and most injectable treatments
are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Treatments
should be postponed until after pregnancy and once breastfeeding has been
fully discontinued.
Can I bring children or pets to my appointment?
To help ensure a relaxing and safe experience for all guests, we kindly
ask that children and pets not accompany you to your appointment.
Service animals, as defined by law, are welcome.
Two-Week Follow-Up & Safety
Two-Week Follow-Up
A follow-up appointment is recommended 2 weeks after your treatment to
assess results and ensure optimal outcomes. Any enhancements may incur
a charge, which will be discussed at your consultation.
What if I have concerns after my appointment?
If you experience significant pain, unusual bruising, or anything
concerning, contact Drip & Derm Luxe immediately. Our team is available
via text to assist you before and after your visit.

Who performs treatments?
All treatments are provided by trained medical professionals under the
clinical oversight of our Medical Director.
Is there an age requirement?
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic or wellness services.
